What makes Frankenmuth Woolen Mill products unique?
Since 1894, we have used a traditional 17-step process to process raw wool. Our bedding is handcrafted in Michigan using chemical-free, climate-controlling wool that is designed to last for generations.
How do I care for my wool comforter or pillow?
Wool is naturally dust mite resistant and antimicrobial. We recommend sunning and airing out your bedding periodically. For spills, spot clean with mild detergent and cool water; do not machine wash or dry clean as it can damage the natural fibers.
When will my order ship?
Because our items are handcrafted to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to health regulations, bedding that has been used or laundered cannot be returned.
Is your wool ethically sourced?
Yes. We source our wool exclusively from family-owned farms in the United States that practice humane shearing and sustainable land management, ensuring the highest quality and ethical standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
