At Frankenmuth Woolen Mill, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our wool bedding and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused wool products in their original bedding bags and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our mill team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
